What happens is if the accounts are not linked prior to the purchase, or if the swtor account is disabled for subscribing, then no gametime can be added to that account , not even swtor support can add gametime until the account issue is resolved

will need the swtor account displayname to check the account for issues, and support has your email with the screenshots
support found the swtor account , you will need to call them when the lines are open to fix the account issue

they also cant see an email from you yet with the steam screenshots, they will need these to add the gametime once the account is fixed
