Unable to remove security key

It has been quite a while since I tried to login to my SWTOR account.

I tried today and it asked for security key, which I no longer have available to me.

When I click on the remove security key, it gives me the option for a one time code.

I click on that but I never receive an email with the code.

I can only assume that the email attached to the account is one that I no longer have access to.

Unfortunately the EA help section is a nightmare to navigate and I can't find any option with respect to my problem.
