Appeal: Goodwill review request

I’m a long-time active player and current 6-month subscriber. SWTOR is genuinely my favorite game 😊.
I’m reaching out today hoping for a one-time review regarding some assets I lost a few years ago (Case #39737099). I was unfortunately given incorrect info by phone support at the time, which I’ve since learned about as other players with similar situations were successfully helped.
I know the team is incredibly busy with the Legacy Reborn launch and the May 4th events, and I would be so grateful for any help. Thank you so much for your time and for everything you do for the players♥️!
