Artifact Equipment Authorization problem

Despite unlocking the "artifact Authorization in the Cartel Market I still cannot use any artifact equipment. The cartel coins were removed from my account and unfortunately since I am now a preferred member I cannot submit a ticket.

Is there anything more I can do in order to use this artifact equipment or should I just write off the cartel coins?

The unlock when claimed from the market goes to your inventory , did you use the unlock in the inventory ?

Well that's just embarrassing....forgot to collect it from the cartel market tab. *sigh*
