I buy from Cartel Market unlock Artifact Equipment Authorization , and I use on my character and they say " Now its benn unlock " , but I still cant use equip with requires Artifact Equipment Authorization. ?!
Please Help !
Try logging out then back into the character and also try to delete the DiskArenaCache file under the swtor directory if that doesn't work.
What item are you trying to equip? Artifact equipment authorization allows you to wear lvl 50 or below purple gear.
You may also want to consider subscribing for one month to fix your problem. On October 27th you will unlock all three expansions which will allow you to progress to level 65 and use whatever gear you want.
If all above doesn't work, try calling CS to see what's going on.
