@Fraggers92Oh a quick fix on this glitch: test this at another one/new one please. Is it bound already? I hope not. If any new char tells you the same then you have gotten his item already permanent.
As a subscriber it is un locked. As a free you can use this pack.
If it is permanent, is there any way I can get a refund because I had no clue that I could already use Artifact Equipment?
@Fraggers92I think refounding it is possible at the ingame - support. As a payer you get faster replys. Also they can check, if it realy is unlocked accountwhide or just blocked.
I can't contact them in-game as I am not a subscriber, and their phone number specifically says they do not deal with in game issues on the phone.
Should I still call them anyways?
