is your password excessively long ? try to keep the number of characters to say 12

    The password is below 12 characters and I've had the same password for months without any problems

      swtor account displayname ? can ask suport to login on that account to see if any issues when they are online for the day 

      tried a different web browser at all ?

        The display name is the same too, I tried several different browsers and even tried the website on mobile with the same error on all of them
