Banned on SWTOR Forum

Hi My account is banned on SWTOR Forum. I have no idea why, i did not receive any email to inform me of this, nor have I posted on there in, likely, over 12 months. I am Subbed in game & can access...

You will need to email communitysupport@swtor.com regarding the forum ban

@proxos666  It's been more than 2 whole days since I sent the email, as you suggested and I still have no reply, not even an automated bot reply from SWTOR support.
I know they will get around to it  EVENTUALLY but this is really disappointing. GW2 support is far easier to access , even for F2P players & they respond within hours, not days. 
It's stuff like this that has SWTOR's player base diminishing.

    community support is different to the normal swtor support lines

    i would say it will likely be next week, yesterday was thanksgiving in the US and most people take the Friday off too for a long weekend
