Belsavis causes my new PC to crash...

Trying to get SWTOR working on my new pc. Problems on Belsavis, crashes immediately on that planet. Other worlds seem to work fine at least Balmorra, Coruscant and strongholds on Manaan, Rishi and Umbara. Need to check if this problem applies to Voss, Taris or Corellia too but at least Belsavis. Found old thread about this that recommended setting grass quality to zero but this doesn't help. Neither does launching it in compability mode. I can access the game normally on old pc and Belsavis works (with grass quality set on 25) just as before. Only new pc has this problem. And it should have newer graphics card too but setting grass to 25 doesn't help either. Game crashes or screen is black on Belsavis.
