Mission not Counting

I'm using a jedi consular and I just finished up the mission on the Fortitude. I'm on the step where it says "return to your ship" but when I do, the mission doesn't advance. I've tried logging out several  times, Using both the holoterminal and the galaxy map. It doesn't let me reset the mission and I can't make an ingame ticket because i'm not a subscriber. Need help
