Indeed, I sent lots of IG tickets and opened threads on SWTOR forums. One of them gathered 150+ replies, but only from users, not from moderators :\
The only reply i got from IG tickets was an automatic one saying that this bug would be reported to the technical support (even if I sent it directly to the technical support ^^) but that I wouldn't be kept informated.
I tried to send my tickets as bug report and every suitable category, none of them never got me another answer than the automatic one.
Have you been able to recover the companion fro mthe companion recovery terminal?

Hi !
I'm sorry but I've never heard about this terminal, how can I get access to it ?EDIT : I checked online and found out that this terminal was located on Odessen. The thing is this planet only unlocks when having completed the 9 first chapters of KotFE, which I didn't start to avoid any more problems when losing all my original companions. Do you think that, if I play all the chapters to get to Odessen, and if ever Torian can be unlocked with this terminal, I'll get to complete the missing cut scenes with Torian to get the presence bonus ?

When you submitted your in-game ticket which category did you use? Did you choose Report a bug or the Character / Companion category. If you choose the character / companion, I would submit another ticket indicating the issue should be fixed as per for the forum and patch notes. You can even reference your thread you submitted.
If the ticket is returned the same way, I would create another then call customer service and reference that ticket indicating it's your third time so that they can see about getting the issue escalated for you.

hi,
I did send several times the same ticket as each category that seemed appropriate to me (such as bug report, character problem, etc.) and each every answer I got were the exact same automatic message (I would gladly send an attached pic to my post, but I'm french and the support is localized).
I even indicated the forum thread url in the IG tickets i sent, but it never changed anything.
I called the customer service and i've been told that they did not handle technical issues such as mine and that I had to report my bug in the forums or IG ... vicious circle :\
Today, I cannot use the IG tickets or even the forums since I won't re-activate my sub until I find a fix to my problem, cause I don't feel like paying for a game I cannot play ☹️
