BH companion Torian still missing

hi !

I lost Torian Caldera with my BH while leveling when KotFE came out, sent dozens of IG and forum requests, none of them brought me a polite and useful answer, only "you should contact the technical support" which I did since the requests were send TO the technical support or "thanks for reporting this bug, but we won't be able to keep you informated" ...

My companion appeared during every cutscenes, but was not in my ship nor in my companions selection panel anymore.

I finally stopped playing the game since I could not finish this last companion storyline and thus could not get the bonus which comes with finishing companions story quests. I could not start playing KotFE, since i would have lost completely my companion and was afraid to make this bug totally irreversible.

The 4.0.2 update was supposed to fix the issue, some ppl said they got their Torian back, I didn't :\

It's been more that 6 months that I'm stuck with this character, is there someone who could help me get through this, please ... ?

  • Maybe an dump question, did you give them your Charakter Name and Server with the InGame Ticket?

    If not that seems to cause a lot of the automatet responses.

    Beside that there are Companien fixes planned for tomorrows patch.

  • I sent in game tickets directly from my character, explaining that the issue I encountered was with this very toon.

    On the forums I only said that I faced this issue with my bh toon.

    The thing I don't get, is that I have never gotten any official answer, while it is clearly a server side bug ...
  • The Tickets get a lot of informations automated, but not Character Name and Server and without this information they can not help you.

    Don't ask why and why they don't ask simply after missing information.

  • Thanks for this crucial information, I thought that sending it from the character encountering the issue would be the fastest way to get it solved.

    Should I let the name of my character and server here or do I have to get a sub to be able to send ig tickets again ?
  • If you don't have an active sub, I'm not sure if you can get help for your account here, EA doesn't have any access to your swtor account.



    You could try to call them via phone or use support @ swtor.com.



    With an open Ticket or the mail it will take Time, calculate two weeks.

    Hey I have the SANE EXACT PROBLEM with my TALOS DRELLIK on my SITH INQUISITOR. And I am thankful I found this because I thought I was the only one if you have to get back you companion or find a resolve PLEASE TELL ME!!!! I know what it is to loose a companion and cannot even get then in your crew skills nor do their conversations. I am begging I have tried almost everything.
