Can you see if this intel utility identifies a new intel driver yours is from 2013
In regards to blackscreen have you followed the directions in this guide ?
I did intel utility earlier, and the driver is up to date. I just ran windows update for my OS and had 56 important updates not installed. Doing a fresh reboot now and trying to load game. Yes i've done all the blackscreen guide. I ran utility again just for * and giggles. Still nothing. Will return in 20min with a reboot update.
