Your graphics card only has 32 MB of Memory (Dedicated Memory: 32 MB). Not every conversation video of the game will load for you and you might encounter crashes and performance issues. One explanation for the black screen could be that your 32 MB VRAM cannot display the game at all.
In my experience you are ok with 256 or 512 MB VRAM for most of the videos in low settings.
