btw, i have the game running now
Recap for everyone still reading, and thank you proxos for your help.
After very much trying, ultimately what the problem was, I installed swtor without 50 updates installed on my OS. After installing the 50 missing updates and reinstalling swtor, I can now run the game just fine. Windows 8.1
Fix: *Set compatability mode to win 7
*Going into swtor ini settings and changing fullscreen, D3Dfullscreen and refresh rate.

Oh and to the guy that said i couldnt do it? I did it bruh. Already level 10
I did not say you cannot run the game I said you could run into trouble to load all conversation videos. The beginner planets in the low level range are older and the requirements are lower than in other parts of the game. Some of the videos which need a bit more VRAM are in the level range from 60-70.
