Black Screen of Doom - Possible Windows 10/Patch Issue?

Tried pressing Alt and Enter keys (same time, then in succession), and nothing happens. Weirdly enough, trying to hail Task Manager lets the game perform normally.

Try the intel driver I linked below see if that install ok

if you

  1. Press the [Windows] Key + [R] at the same time.
  2. Copy the following in to the text box and press ok:
    %localappdata%\swtor\swtor\settings
  3. cut the client_settings file out and paste it on to the desktop for now

a fresh client_settings file will be created on the next launch of the game, any issues copy the one from the desktop back into the appdata location it was in originally.

looking for any change in behavior.
