Hi i have a companion, Blizz. Used it for months, and i stopped playing for a couple of months. now i rejoined game, but Blizz cant be summoned, he is in a category called: Alliance recruit. Yes, i did all his misiones, cause he is already lvl 28. Ive asked on fleet, and everyone said it never happened to them. Please help. Its my highest level companion.
EA QV TeamCheck your active mission log to see if you either have more than one active chapter, or if you have a chapter active before XI: Disavowed. Having Chapter XI or later in your mission log, or having no active chapter should make Blizz summonable again.
If he's stuck and can't become summonable again, you can send an email to support@swtor.com with your character name and a description of the issue.
Do you remember completing the mission on Hoth for Blizz?
Also did you chat with Hylo afterwards about Blizz?
When i was playing through FE the other day i had completed the Hoth mission for Blizz but didn't have the chance to talk with Hylo due to the storyline missions taking priority, so i had to wait until after Vandin but before Kaliyo and Jorgan to talk with Hylo. In that time Blizz was just a recruit, not a member of the alliance.
Yes i checked it. no active chapters, or alerts, nothing.
Ofc. as i mentioned, my Blizz is lvl 28, played with him a lot. so it doesnt make sense he isnt available anymore... ☹️
I sent a ticket, like a week ago ingame. and no response, thats why im asking in case anyone had this issue or similar.
Having that ticket number can help, if you have it send it through the E-mail EA_Kipling mentioned and see what comes of it.
