Blue screen of death on launch

Hello! My problem is as follows: I recently downloaded KotFe or patch 4.0 on my laptop, and it took a while to be sure. After it all finished loading, i attempted to log in... only to receive a blue...

    Hey everyone, i solved the problem by: redownloading the game, of all things. Thanks for your suggestions, everyone - i'll keep them in mind if the problem persists!

BSODs are invariably a low level driver / hardware issue , use this initially to have a look at the crash logs to see if it gives any indication.

Can take the system to a clean boot and see if it persists , just remember to return to normal boot after , or selectively add things per the guide if it stops the BSOD to narrow down (if it helps).

Edit - if using Bitraider you will need to leave these services enabled

Post a dxdiag as well just for info on hardware etc
