Use DDU and remove all trace of that video driver then use an older AMD video driver version (not the same one) to start with and see if any change.
the 2 most concerning things listed is in the spolier and points to the video driver at present
Check for bios updates etc too as mentioned in this link

I found and used the AMD quick utility tool to try to remove any old drivers but not sure if that worked. Is there a better or specific DDU tool I should use for Windows 10 or what is the best way to check and remove older drivers to prevent this issue in the future?
I also checked the link but not sure where I would check for bios updates through it.

I'll try that link.
My motherboard is a Gigabyte 990F-XA-UD3
Also I finished the DDU and installed the driver that Windows puts in by default. I'm going to try that first and see how things go.

Well the blue screen stopped for the first error. Now i'm getting the same blue screen again but with a:
CRITICAL STRUCTURE CORRUPTION
Not sure what to do with this one. Feel like I either need to defrag or replace my hard drive.
