I have exactly the same problem.. I bought the digital starter pack with 30 days of premium account but when i logged in I was still a f2p player..
There is no option to contact anyone anywhere.. what is this...

You can also contact them via Skype app on your smartphone or computer for free by calling them and adding:
Simply set the country to U.S.A and you can call them for free
