Yesterday I purchased the digital collectors edition from steam. as with everyone else the bug prevented me from getting any of the benefitsAfter the fix I received all items from the collector edition but not the sub time.. the game is still treating me as a f2p player and asking me to sub..please help or advice. thanks in advance my SWTOR account is: ooboalioo

@rurhund in the swtor account if you go to the payment history page in the top right it will have the email address of the linked ea account i will check if they have the email in about 9 hrs when support are online for the day

@Lord_Janosch support said it was added today , so that was good to hear

same. sent an email to support with the proof of purchase and account. got the items but game's still treating me like preferred, still hasnt given me sub. tried replying saying i dont have my sub yet and got nothin' back

@proxos666 no, I received all the items. the issue is with sub time. its not happening, but the digital items and cartel coins were added
