I also am having the same problem.
I haven't received any items and not received any sub time

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona silverwatcher06 (not silverwatcher your posting on now) that EA account uses a Hotmail email
use the following link to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
let me know when sorted and i can flag again , i havent been able to verify they have your email as yet either

To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona tictacoverdose (not tictacoverdose20 your posting on now) that EA account uses the same email as on your swtor account
use the following link (insert the swtor email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
this needs to be done before they can add the CE stuff ( they do have your email )

Support have your email in the queue they said can either wait for the reply or give them a call when the lines are open

you can also call if needed and uplaod the screenshots when the lines are open

silverwatcher06 that is the linked EA account , changing emails does not create a linkage see https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-account-linked
- @proxos666 ah been awhile well either way i reset the pw i will resend my email from that email as well to make sure they get it but still no sub as of yet
- @proxos666 just reset my password and logged in, checked my purchase history and it said that the purchase of the collector’s edition failed. do i have to buy it again or should it be fixed now?
