Hello,
I tried to buy with cartel coins the Togruta species, but I the game crashed when I clicked buy. The money was spent but the species didn’t unlock, I tried to open a ticket but for some reason I can’t open any tickets. I haven’t played the game for a while so, any ideas?

When you open your cartel market does it say you have any unclaimed items?
Try checking if you do not have the item in your "Unclaimed items" section of Cartel Market, or in your Inventory (the purchase gives you a token you need to use to apply the unlock)

No, I just checked in my characters but nothing
Ok then at this point you would need to submit an in-game ticket to get the item sent to you or your cartel coins refunded back. If you are not a subscriber, you would be able to submit a ticket. At that point your only option would be to call customer service and see if they can assist you. You can contact them at:
