Bought wrong gear with token

I got 2 tier tokens last night and bought the wrong gear by accident. I have put in an in game ticket, but haven't had a response yet. I tried giving the gear back to the vendor in hopes of him givin...

I left out that I had augmented the gear before I knew it was wrong. (It was 12AM and Im old, so this mistake was due to being sleepy).

That happened to me before so I feel for you! I entered an in game ticket like @Ahrngrim stated and they took care of me. It will take time during the holidays due to volume, a recent ticket took a week for them to action on when it usually is taken care of within 24 hours so be patient.
