Bugged Access to Disavowed

I just finished the new chapter - Disavowed. Apparently though I shouldn't be able to. 

I thought I was a subscriber on March 1 but after checking my subscription information it turned out I wasn't. Unfortunately due to a bug (I think) I was able to play the newest chapter.

After realizing this I tried to Report a bug but as a preferred player I can't do that. 

This seems to be the only way to contact you (sorry but I don't want to use a phone for something like that). I don't want to get into some trouble because of that.

    No trouble can come your way that I can see

    Thanks for the post on this, will flag @EA_David who should be able to provide this back to Bioware in regards to investigating access to Disavowed as a preferred player on release.
