I’ve rest my EA password multiple times like I’ve read and yet I still can’t purchase game time on the website

support said steam should work ok at moment, otherwise wait 24hrs to purchase on swtor.com
providing steam is linked to that swtor account

account is flagged to be checked, response will be in about 7 hrs when support are online for the day
seems there is an issue purchasing on swtor.com at present, best to wait 24 hrs, otherwise if linked to steam, steam purchase will work
I’ve heard about the issues on steam but since I reset the password on EA and logged back into it it’ll be safe to purchase game time though steam?

just remember if you want to cancel the swtor subscription it needs to be done on your steam account, unless you purchased a one off gametime
