I have flagged it with support when they are online next , likely in about 9 - 10 hrs
Oh ok well thank you for all your help. I took the pictures and emailed Swtor. So hopefully they just add the time on.
support can see your subscribed now
also support still cant see an email with the steam screenshots (at least not from the email on the swtor account)
Sorry dunno how to post on here, Im having the same issue I got subscriber on steam and they never gave it so I cancelled it and just tried tobuy it from the actual website but this error keeps popping up: There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance. My SWTOR User is SpikeTheReaper
You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona godestofwar (not akvjgjrjr your posting on now) that EA account uses a rocketmail email (email is different to swtor)
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
