cancel my SWTOR Subscription.

Hello,

I have a question about cancel my SWTOR subscription. Its only has 6 days left(bought the 180 days sub), but i wanna cancel it. But i have looked for 45 minutes for the "cancel my subcription" button But i can't find it.

Account created 09/28/2015

Next billing date: 06/23/2016

Meanwhile if i dont cancel my subscription I will be billed at 06/23/2016 and I wont wont that. Why has ea make it sooo difficult to cancel subscriptions?

please help me!

Not sure how they can bill with no credit card details, at this stage I would say it is cancelled, see mine with the sub plan ticked etc hence the link shows to cancel it.

I would love to remove my payment method but that option seems to be buried as well. Strangely I can change my card info but not delete it. After spending almost 2 hours now trying to sort this I am about done with EA period. No option but to call over seas tomorrow and pay the big phone bill to do so. But at least it will be done and no more EA games for me

goto my swtor , click on subscription , then show my payment history , to the right of the payment method is a circle with an x in it , click that to remove the payment method

thanks for the help....when I go to 'show my payment history' the page I get is attached below. so as you can see...no option with a circle and an x in it....if I go to add a credit card i only get the option to add a new one...not remove the old one..

so I gave up and made the call to the UK. International calling rates do apply.
At first they said I had no recurring sub.....then they said I do....then they said I needed to log in to cancel it...then he said nevermind that he could cancel it.
I'm not sure what is going on with E.A. but a few friends warned me against going back to SWtor...they were correct.

only you can cancel a subscription

If you wish to cancel your subscription to Star Wars: The Old Republic:

Start by logging into your account on swtor.com.

Click on Subscriptions in the Account Management sidebar to the right of the screen.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Cancel your subscription.

Follow the prompts to complete your subscription cancellation.
