EA Wallet not appearing as payment option for SWTOR subscription Brazil
Hello everyone,
I’m having an issue with subscribing to SWTOR using my EA Wallet, and I’m hoping someone from the community or the SWTOR team can help clarify this.
I live in Brazil and I use the same email address for both my EA account and my SWTOR account. I can log into both accounts without any issues, and my EA account has available balance in the EA Wallet.
However, when I try to subscribe to SWTOR directly through the SWTOR website, the EA Wallet does not appear as a payment option. This is the main problem that prevents me from subscribing.
I have already contacted EA Support about this issue. They informed me that, since this involves SWTOR, I should contact SWTOR Support. The problem is that SWTOR Support seems to only allow ticket creation for players with an active subscription, which I cannot obtain because of this payment issue.
Important details:
My SWTOR account was created before I started using EA Wallet
Both accounts use the same email address
I am not subscribing through Steam
EA Wallet balance is visible on my EA account
I’ve tried common troubleshooting steps such as clearing cache, using an incognito window, and logging in again, but the issue still persists.
At this point, I’m not sure if there is a phone number I can call or another official way to contact SWTOR Support regarding account or payment issues for non-subscribed players, especially from Brazil.
If anyone has experienced a similar issue or knows how to properly resolve this, I would really appreciate your guidance.
