if you have reset the quest and it is still not reset , then exit out of an instance area and right mouse click on your character portrait and select reset all active phases see if that helps
@proxos666 It does not help, writes, it is impossible to lose progress. The player is inside. I made a teleport from Theoretika instant. and canceled the quest
log off for 15 minutes in theory should do it

How do I re-start this quest chain? After cancellation is it possibleHave you attempted to talk to general avrun out on the frozen lake ? i doubt the droid will work the second time round
