First of all I would suggest you to try clearing the cache or your browser or using a different one.
Please keep us updated.
I cleared my cache and changed browsers but it didn't help. However then I went on to try and switch the language at the SWTOR site into both German and then French and it suddenly worked. The 450 cartel coins option didn't work when using English language for some unknown reason. Not sure if it's a problem only for me or others as well.
But I solved it by changing language.

Boku should have been only available for the 450 coins option
and it seems it got completely disabled.
