Can't launch SWTOR screen too zoomed in

I tried to launched SWTOR and the launch screen is waaaay to zoomed in. I have tried everything from changing the resolution to tinkering with the game thanks to google and it still didn't work. I have also tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it nothing works. I'm on my last wit about it. Please help.
