How to unlink anonymous EA account and link my actual EA account?

 I am struggling with an issue, I want to link my star wars the old republic account to my electronic arts account, but when I go to check the ea account on swtor it says that it created an anonymous account , which I didnt ask, how do i link the swtor account to my actual ea account? both of them use the same email and same username

i tried to contact ea support in chat but i was replied by some people with fake english names that could barely write in english when they were not copy-pasting the pre-written things, and one time they were telling me ea doesnt handle that stuff, the other time they were telling me only ea handles that stuff (i dont think they were even understanding what they were copy-pasting), and when i go to swtor support it tells me to go to ea support, also i cannot open ticket ingame in swtor because no subscription
