Hi Ive been running into an issue that is preventing my from buying a subscription to SWTOR. if i recall this happened to me a few years ago and forced me to stop playing. i get sent to a page telling me the service is down for maintenance and it never clears up. it also wont let me update my billing information. Is there any way to fix this?

You have another EA / Origin account that is presently disabled and it uses the Persona karlozavyla97 , once that account has had a password reset , purchasing on swtor will work again.

You have another EA/origin account that uses the Persona brokenzygoma that account is presently banned and is why purchasing on swtor is broken.
you need to open a ticket on help.ea.com for origin and banned account say with https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=origin&platform=pc&category=manage-my-account&issue=banned-or-suspended-account
once that account is sorted purchasing on swtor will work again
