Cannot delete newly boosted level 60
Cannot delete newly made boosted level 60, he has not been leveled to level 61 but cannot be deleted or transfered to another server. Please help.

Are you still having this issue? If so please explain in detail what happens when you try to delete the char. Do you get any errors?
To help you we would need mor informations and details.
But at the moment I would advise leave it alone until the problems are solved an the Tokens are back on the market.
