Cannot Redeem Code for Amethyst Vulptilla Minipet on SW:TOR Website

you can raise a ticket by emailing mailto:support@swtor.com, not sure how they will handle this though

I had the same issue - never got the pet or mount :( 

I play SWTOR with my daughter and she is still upset about it months later (we thought maybe it woudl show up on the last day or something) 

if it says it has been redeemed you should have it, not all code redemptions get listed
