Game Freezes During Cutscene

Main Sith Inquisitor class questline on Dromund Kaas, I believe it may be the last one? Star Forge server. Basically, I enter the area, the cutscene is triggered, and then it freezes at the same point each time. I know the game is frozen because one time I had the chat open and that froze too. The only way to get out of it is to restart my computer. 6/22/25 after 10 PM PST

most causes of cutscene freezing is due to systems below the minimum game requirements of 1GB Vram so could try lowring all gfx to low

knowing what video card and driver version is useful to see if that maybe the cause

failing that a game repair or reinstall
