Bought a code for SWTOR on EA store. Attempted to redeem. Redemption failed. Saw a thread that I needed to reset my password. Did so. Now attempting to redeem the code says the code has already been redeemed. This was after trying and failing to be allowed to purchase game time via paypal or credit card directly from swtor. I think my account must be broken. Can someone help?

The linked ea account has been disabled, and uses the same email used on the swtor account
use this link (insert the swtor email address into that link) to reset the password then login on that EA account not the ea account your posting on now as Snappish
Be sure to use incognito mode with chrome or delete the browser cache and cookies to be sure it isnt cached if purchasing on swtor.com
Support have left a note on your account to add gametime once the account is fixed
Reset the password on the EA account for that email, and still in exactly the same situation. Code says already used, all attempts to purchase sub with any payment method fail.
And yes, I tried all of the above in incognito.

Double check the gmail email used on that swtor account samurye and be sure to enter that email into this link i would say you have entered the wrong email into that link
As to that code it will always say used now, swtor support need to add the gametime manually but cant do that until the account issue is resolved
