Reset the password on the EA account for that email, and still in exactly the same situation. Code says already used, all attempts to purchase sub with any payment method fail.
And yes, I tried all of the above in incognito.
The linked ea account is still disabled
Double check the gmail email used on that swtor account samurye and be sure to enter that email into this link i would say you have entered the wrong email into that link
As to that code it will always say used now, swtor support need to add the gametime manually but cant do that until the account issue is resolved
