cant access account

I need help I lost access to my founders account that was assigned to the email address that was hacked and now I cannot change the email address on that account to log in and change the password and target email. Please help me solve this problem, thank you

Zatraciłem dostęp do mojego konta founders jakie miałem przypisane do adresu mailowego który został zhakowany i nie mogę teraz zmienić adresu mailowego na tamtym koncie aby sie do niego zalogować i zmienić hasło i maila docelwego .
