Can't add a new credit card to my account!!!

Hello. I have the same problem. And as you can see i can pay by credit card, but i can't add it. I even have no choice. What should i do now?
Try changing your country for your account to like United States, save it and then change it back to Russia to see if it will allow your to choose a different payment method. If not then there may be something going on. I would call customer service and see, if it's account related phone is the only support available for it. Try calling them and see what they say.
