You can play swtor without origin but the swtor account and EA account are linked together. I would still log into your EA account, verify you have no saved payment info and if you do, delete it and then log into swtor and add your oaympay info again.
Any updates btw?
If you have checked your EA account for saved payments and there is nothing to delete the next step would be to to veeive with your bank both on where the charge back came from and if funds are pending or actually taken out.
Sometimes banks can initiate the charge back themselves if they see an issue.
And what about Webmoney?

@Pretendo_92 In this case you'll need to contact EA Help to get your Origin Account sorted out first, and then contact SWTOR account and billing support to resolve any lingering billing issues.
