And what about Webmoney?
@Pretendo_92 In this case you'll need to contact EA Help to get your Origin Account sorted out first, and then contact SWTOR account and billing support to resolve any lingering billing issues.

I dont using Origin. I just download game client years ago. Well, i created ticket in game week ago. Send mails to swtoraccountdispute. But still cant add any card or pay with Webmoney. And still no answer about this problem. Its more like they blocked my account for adding any payment method. Thinking about buying Game Time Card, but not sure if it resolve my problem...

My understanding is both the EA account and swtor account are linked for payments if there is a block on one it will affect the other.
example of this occurring is at this link
When @EA_Kipling mentioned sorting your origin account he actually meant your EA account
game time card should be a valid workaround as it is redeeming a code not using the payment system

I never link this card to EA account. and never link any other of my cards to EA account. Its new card, like 1 year. I wrote that i lose my sub days and saved payment options(Webmoney and Debit Card) after 1-day ban, coz customer service wrote me that someone chargeback from my account(or mb IP, coz i using VPN from time to time). 1 more time - i dont use Origin and i dont link any cards to EA. But this time i paid 27$ for 60 days subscribe(not typical 9-10$ for Ukraine), coz they cant fix my problem(no answer on mail, no answer on ticket). And i dont have oporttunity to call them

I do know the accounts are linked (see this link) there is a possibility that when the swtor account was banned it placed a flag on the EA account too, that EA account may not be the one your using now, unless you know 100% it is the account linked to your swtor account.
this may explain why you cannot add a card to swtor account as the EA account is not allowing it for example so it fails to load on swtor side.
Have you contacted EA Help as mentioned below ? this may be possible by online chat

Well, i investigated some account info and got this message
It looks like your account, or the game account where you're trying to get help, broke our rules.
You can review the rules in our article.https://help.ea.com/en/article/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts
Think your account was banned or suspended by mistake? We can create a case for you to get help with that instead.
but i dont know why i cant create case or how to do it right. It always dont redirect me correctly to case creation - proxos6667 years agoHero+
Not having filled this form out i am not able to assist a great deal, have you tried a different web browser in case it is a browser issue

well, i tried to chat with EA HLP, they give me typical link to swtor-support(in-game ticket or call them) and they cant help me from their side. As i said, in-game ticket created. Cant call from Ukraine, coz its not cheap for me. Hope they resolve my problem through in-game ticket. Thx for all your replies
