Cant Buy Cartel Coins/Subscribe

I cant buy cartel coins or subscribe on SWTOR. I get the error in the screenshot provided that something is wrong with the EA account. I reset the password on the ea account and the email to match my swtor Account.

    @Arcsith 

    Matching emails on a swtor account to your EA account doesnt create a linkage, the linked ea accounts can now use different emails and passwords and remain linked

    The linked EA account though would of used the same email used to create the swtor account, so if you changed the swtor email, the linked ea account still uses the original email in that case

    however if the linked ea account has had its data wiped due to no usage, it is possible to put the original email on another EA account, in this case you would need to call swtor support when the lines are open and put a new email address on the linked ea account, only swtor support can see that wiped ea account due to the linkage to swtor

    If i were to delete the ea account would that resolve the issue as well or would I still have to call a number that has no one available to help because Ive called it a bunch of times and got the same robotic voice message

    deleting the linked ea account also breaks the swtor acccount

    This is detailed in https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/close-ea-account/ 

    Deleting your EA Account will permanently break your Pogo or SW:TOR account. We can’t restore Pogo or SW:TOR accounts when this happens.

    When calling you need to call during the listed hours they are open, they are closed on sunday too 

    unless your calling france or germany the open hours are English Support available Monday – Saturday, 14.00 UTC - 23.00 UTC
