Can't call ea for support as number was invalid?

So as a known fact we cannot do a live chat for swtor and I am fine with that. However it really is a problem that when I dial the number given for my country and it says to me the number is invalid. I have been trying for days to remove a security key that I do not have anymore and to no avail. if anyone can assist that would be much appreciated. Also I live in Singapore if that is to any help
