Can't enter main Personal Phase on Odessen

They said they would have a fix by patch 4.6, still nothing. As ussual EA lied their * off and dont care as long as their cartel market makes money.

I wonder what their next lie will be.

Still not able to get into personal phase, and then the * change to lvl-ing that they give you less xp at lvl 20 on so they can sell cartell xp *. F-ing greedy c-unts.

You know that xp penalty used to start a level 10 right? and the fact that it was implemented a long time ago. It really isn't that bad, as you get plenty of xp boosts along the way. The whole point of it is to let you still play the game but have incentive to purchase a subscription, they could easily just lock everyone out behind a monthly payment system.

Bioware did fix it - "sort of"

You need to visit your ship and pick-up chapter 13 from the console - it will allow you to enter personal phase on Odessen...

But... (I don't know why Bioware is hell-bent on forcibly starting the chapters) chapter 13 fill be forcibly started when you enter Alliance Headquarters.

It will also automatically lead into chapter 14.

This is also ironic, given that my last eligible chapter was number 10, because my subscription expired in the middle of February.

Their forcible chapter start had allowed me to play chapter 11 and 12 during early access period, even I shouldn't be able to play it at all... So much for "be subscribed by 1st of the month to have early access"...

Oh so you mean like before, during the days of beta and when i got in on day 1? Please keep your EA * licking to yourself, no one is buying it.

EA is burying the game, hanging itself and it does not even seem to care. Most of my guild who are hardcore star wars fans are now even playing WOW and STO and waiting for this cash grab to end and if it does not they ARE leaving.

Does not work, F2P do not get to pick up cash grab missions. If you do then it is another frecking bug they are not fixing.

explain the * licking to me, Its clear that you're too upset to even talk about the issue, im just countering claims you're making that are pretty much false, not that it matters at this point we've derailed so far from the initial issue. I mean to be honest, if you're so done with them being "greedy f*king c*nts" as you call them, why are you even posting here, just quit and be done with their cash grabbing technique.

Yeah, i think everyone that has been having the issue has already emailed them countless times. From my own experience, they either say "we know its an issue and it will be fixed next patch" said before the most recent 2 patches. Or they tell us to make an ingame ticket that we of course can't make as we're f2p atm, so really no help there. The issue is just a bug in the opening of a certain chapter to people who shouldn't have had access in the first place and since the next chapter starts right away it blocks access. It is easily fixed by subbing again, which for me at least i plan to do soon for the new light vs dark event, but for others they are stuck until BW chooses to fix the bug.

There is an thread on the swtor.com forums about this where Eric states for players who can still not ennter 4he Base they should send in an InGame Ticket. 

So if you arw f2p send them an mail to support@swtor.com linkin the thread hear and there and explain that you csn not send an InGame Ticket and that 4his is Game breaking for you.

Give them all informations you can, be very clear about the problem and stay nice they really should sort this out.

@EA_Nils, @EA_David, can you give this an look again, that has to be really frustrating for the people involved.

See thats the first thing I did, I sent a short email about what was going on, and first response was send an ingame ticket, despite the fact that i told them i was f2p, then they told me to post on the forums, again, can't do it, f2p, third reply finally said it was a known issue that would be fixed in the next patch, and of course, as i said in another post here, that was 2 patches ago. I understand it can take time, but i'd rather get "it will be fixed soon^tm" rather than "will be fixed next patch". In the end, for me at least its not that big of a deal, im going to sub soon anyways, but the issue still stands for those who aren't going to be subbing anytime soon, they shouldn't be locked out of their base, content that they have paid for in the past.
