409 Error Cod

Question

Hello I have Recently started playing the game Starwars Old Republic for my PC after a long time of Not playing the game lol The problem i am having is the subscription part I got my old account back i put in all my new payment info in on EA account and i updated my info on steam too but every time i try to get game time it pops up 409 Error code it says there is a issue with my account i have sent in a ticket and emailed them no response does anybody have a solution for this I just want to play the game..

Error 409 means there is an issue with the linked EA account, that EA account likely uses the same email address to create the swtor account&nbsp;You can try a password reset on the EA account,&nbsp;use this link&nbsp;&nbsp;to reset the password then login on that EA accountBe sure to use incognito mode with chrome or delete the browser cache and cookies to be sure it isnt cached if purchasing on swtor.com
