Login issues

First of all, never seen more hostile support and unfriendly UI then EA. Find how to submit ticket is truly masterpiece. Of course when i create one, didnt find him anymore. but back to my problem.

I’m trying to login into the game. I fill my SWTOR account in launcher but it show up error message below. Try to link my existing SWTOR account to Steam, but I keep running into problems.

•  I am logged into the correct Steam account (the one I want to use).
• My SWTOR account is not linked to any Steam account (confirmed on swtor.com).
• When I launch SWTOR from Steam and enter my SWTOR account email + password, instead of linking I get this error:
  “We can’t log you in. Please double-check you’re using the Steam account you usually play and try again.”
• I’ve tried: restarting Steam, reinstalling SWTOR, using correct OTP from email, then setup security code. None of these fixed the issue.

It looks like my SWTOR account might be “silently linked” to another Steam account in the backend, even though the website shows no link.

 Could Support please manually reset/unlink my SWTOR account’s Steam connection so I can link it properly?
