check if there is an unlock in the inventory of the character that made the purchase
failing that email mailto:support@swtor.com and they can work out what has occurred
I purchased the "Legacy Unlock: Rocket Boost" in-game, but now I don't se them in the Mounts tab. I am not sure how I am supposed to use them. I can see on my SWTOR account page that CC was spent.
