can't finish "The Cheating Algorithm"

I started playing the mission for PH4-LNX companion, The Cheating Algorithm, and got to the casino on Nar Shaddaa. The problem is that the "scan temporary action" that according to google is supposed...

      edit: just looked this up 

      no workaround. will get a fix via patch (not sure yet which one)
